MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE SCHOOL

Payment for school excursions and activities, and voluntary contributions can be made via;

QKR! (preferred method)
Direct Deposit
Eftpos (at the front office only)
Cash (ensure the envelope is clearly marked)

All payments and permission slips need to be returned directly to the front office. These are not returned to classroom teachers.

QKR! PAYMENTS SYSTEM

Piara Waters Primary School has Qkr! as the preferred online payment system for parents to pay for excursions, and contributions and charges etc. Qkr! pronounced ‘quicker’ is a convenient and secure system for giving your permission and paying for events.Qkr is a Mastercard product and comes with all of their security.

Qkr can be used on smartphones, ipads, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

Qkr! is a free app. After registering your email address you will need to select our school and follow the prompts.

The office will receive a generated report detailing your school payments.

Should you have any questions regarding the use of Qkr! app, please contact the office.

The P&C also uses QKR! for fundraising, second hand uniform and school bag sales.

Payment by Eftpos for school excursions and voluntary contributions can be made at the front office between 8am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

DIRECT DEBIT

Payment for school excursions and voluntary contributions can also be made via Direct Debit to the school account.
