Reports and Grades
School reports provide an overview of each child’s achievement against the Western Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards which represent the “C” grade (or Satisfactory).
These standards reflect the Western Australian Curriculum, which is mandated for use by all schools. The learning standard described by each of the Achievement Standards embodies high expectations of learning achievement.
As the grade requirements change each year, continually increasing in complexity, with students required to demonstrate more complex skills, the grade that students achieve in any semester may change. This does not mean that students are no longer making progress.
It is important to note that for a student to be awarded a “C” grade, using these standards, represents a significant achievement.
Accessing School Reports
School reports are published to Connect at the end of each semester. Parents will receive a notification when reports are published and current advice of how to access them.
