Reading Achievement AssemblyChildren who read at home regularly during the year will reach or exceed 150 days of Home Reading during Semester 2. We will be presenting students with their 150 days of Home Reading certificates today in the library, at 2:15pm. Parents are welcome to attend. Please ensure your child records their home reading and tallies their total days read before bringing their Reading Log to school each Monday so significant milestones can be recognised. |

French Crepes Incursion (Year 5 and 6)In French, students in Years 5 to 6 have learnt how to complete a shopping transaction at the bakery. To further their knowledge, the Miam Miam crêpe van will be visiting our school today. Year 5 to 6 students will have the opportunity to use the language learned in class to carry out their purchase (in French). Crêpe choices are sugar, lemon sugar, cinnamon sugar, caramel, or strawberry jam. Additional options are fresh strawberries, banana and whipped cream. Cost will be advised later. |

World Teachers Day - Dress Up As A Teacher DayToday, we acknowledge our excellent teachers on World Teachers’ Day. Students are encouraged to come dressed as teachers to celebrate our talented team of teachers. This is a day to thank our incredible educators for all they do to educate, inspire, and empower our learners. You may also like to let our teachers know how much you value them. World Teachers’ Day acknowledgement slips will be available from the front office closer to the date.

Icy Poles for Sale (Lunch time)On Friday, Kindergarten to Year 6 students may bring $1 to purchase an icy pole at lunchtime. All proceeds go to the 2026, Year 6 camp. As well as a fundraiser, this is also an opportunity for students to learn money skills. Students are responsible for taking care of their $1 and lining up to make their lunchtime purchase. Icy Poles will be on sale each Friday at lunchtime in the Undercover Area. |
