Parent - Teacher interviews and school closure 11:30am

On Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, the school will close at 11:30am to enable parent/teacher interviews to take place.

We will be holding Parent and Teacher interviews from 12 pm- 5 pm.

We ask that you make arrangements to collect your children from school at 11:30am, have them walk/scoot/ride home, or organise supervision for them through OSH Club.  If this is not possible, please notify the front office so that we can put alternative arrangements in place for your child.

Interviews will be held in classrooms.  Each interview time slot is 12 minutes.  If you need to arrange more than one interview, we suggest you do not book interviews back-to-back.  Leaving a space between each interview will enable you to get to the next classroom, and not use up any of your interview time.

Specialist teachers, the deputy principals and the principal, and all classroom teachers can be booked for interviews.

Bookings are open and interviews need to be booked online at https://www.schoolinterviews.com.au/code/e64ek 

HOW TO USE THE BOOKING SYSTEM

Enter your details

Select the teachers you wish to see 

Select the appointment times that suit your family best. Please allow time between appointments to walk from one classroom to the other.

When you click FINISH your selected bookings will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not receive your email, please check your junk-mail, or enter the event code again and check your email address spelling. Update your details if email address is incorrect.

DO NOT DELETE the email you receive.  You may need to refer back to it at a later date.

Please add your appointments to your calendar - reminders will not be sent home.

If you need to view, cancel, change or print your bookings:

• Click on the link in the confirmation email you received after you made your bookings
• OR return to schoolinterviews.com.au and enter the code and the email address you used when making your bookings.
